Description:A 64 unit condominium project for seniors. There are four stories of steel construction over a poured concrete underground parking level. Units range in size from 600 to 1200 square feet. The fifth floor has six custom designed penthouses up to 2400 square feet in size. There are extensive amenities including a dining room, two lounges, two sun rooms, a library and well appointed lobby area. The building is about 100,000 square feet and cost around $96.00 per square foot with sitework in 1996.

Modern Design by Agnew and Mifsud SOMBRILLO NURSING & REHABILITATION CENTER
Description:A 4,000 square foot addition and remodel of a 20,000 square foot nursing and rehabilitation center in Los Alamos, NM. The facility was re-programmed to incorporate a new Alzheimer treatment unit addition which could function separately while sharing most of the same building services as the rest of the facility. New patient rooms, offices, conference, living, and dining spaces where also added.
