TEAMWORK We understand that the success of construction projects depends on the harmonious interaction of the clients, the architects and engineers, and the contractor. We respect these relationships and focus on smooth communication and complete documentation as a job progresses. BUDGET We work in the private sector, and we run our own small business. We know how to be careful spending our client's money. We see contemporary construction budgets as our opportunity to show our expertise, rather than as a limit on our architectural skill. VALUE We evaluate your site, we design your project, we draw your construction documents, and we participate in the construction of your designs. Clean and thoughtful design work adds value to our projects without the extra cost of construction. PERSONAL ATTENTION We are a small office with the unique capability to do complex projects. We do not have rooms full of draftspeople, one of whom will manage your project.
