OPPENHEIMER PLACE
Description:A 64 unit condominium project for seniors. There are four stories of steel construction over a poured concrete underground parking level. Units range in size from 600 to 1200 square feet. The fifth floor has six custom designed penthouses up to 2400 square feet in size. There are extensive amenities including a dining room, two lounges, two sun rooms, a library and well appointed lobby area. The building is about 100,000 square feet and cost around $96.00 per square foot with sitework in 1996.



VENTANA DE VIDA APARTMENTS
Description:Ventana De Vida is a 120 unit, income qualified, apartment community for seniors. The infill nature of the site drove us to strive for a scale and architectural variety that would blend with the existing neighborhood. The design of the project holds the cars around the perimeter of the site, leaving the exterior areas and the middle of the site available for circulation and community activity. The wood framed buildings contain one and two bedroom units in four different building types. The project also included a new Clubhouse building with a fitness center, 32 garages, and site work.
