| BILL AGNEW received a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University in 1970 and a Master of Architecture Degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1976. He did his apprenticeship with architecture firms in Bangor, Maine, and Santa Barbara, California. He became a licenced California architect while working on multi-unit housing projects and large commercial structures in the Los Angeles area. He has been a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certified architect and a New Mexico licensed architect since 1981. |

| PAUL MIFSUD graduated from Tulane University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Architecture Professional Degree. He worked as an apprentice on commercial and custom residential projects for firms in New Jersey, New Orleans, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe, and has been a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certified architect and New Mexico licensed architect since 1992. |
