BRADBURY SCIENCE MUSEUM
Description: This project began as a competition held by the Department of Energy for a new science museum. The building would be built and owned by a private developer and leased to the DOE. The steel and concrete building houses multiple exhibit areas, a theater, conference rooms, offices, and outdoor courtyards and plazas. The building is about 12,000 square feet and cost around $ 85.00 per square foot with sitework in 1992.

ZIA CREDIT UNION
Description: A headquarters building for the Zia Credit Union. The steel and concrete building houses multiple office disciplines, a boardroom, teller, vault, and banking areas, and a second floor lease space. The building is about 17,000 square feet and cost around $100.00 per square foot with sitework in 1992.

MARI MAC SHOPPING CENTER
Description:This is a 40 year old shopping center in downtown Los Alamos that needed a face lift to help attract new tenants. The work also involved interior renovations including new bathrooms, finishes, lighting, and new stairs and ramps for better access. The building is about 73,000 square feet and has a parking lot that is also used by other buildings which needed some re-configuring.
